First I have check some international sending services like UPS, FedEx etc., but their shipping prices are insane (over 4 times more than the price of game, which U want), next I found price from Czech Post service, they have international standart economy shiping with delivery 8-10 days for price:

btw ONE game with steelbook meet the requirements of 1kg (maybe 0,5kg with expres delivery, but I dont know for sure) BUT collector edions (or more games in one package) have usually weight up to 2kg, keep that in mind!
