that's the Penny Arcade guy responsible for working with MS on the Pin program. He also seems to be doing pin giveaways.
Apparently only 600 people who registered the Pin Ultimate Edition actually earned the first pin. and he also explained why the Pin Ultimate Edition was only available in the US (apparently countries like Germany and Australia wouldn't allow importation of the game since the included KI Classic was unrated).
