I just got an email with my discount code for my challenge pin.
Both the saber wolf and the combo breaker pins are available now in the penny arcade store. Basically you buy the pins normally and then plug in the coupon code for 100% off the price of the challenge pin... shipping for the two pins is under $5.
They also stated that the code is only good for one use and will expire after 60 days.
