A lot of what was listed there are pre-order bonuses that are not contained within a game. They are not an edition; they don't change the actual game package itself. There are myriad other games that have had pre-order bonuses, but they just don't belong in something like this (Atelier Meruru and its artbook, Suikoden Tierkreis and its soundtrack, Eternal Poison and its artbook, etc). That would also go for Cross Edge and the Poster Boy set.
Prinny is an action platformer, not an RPG--regardless of the fact that it's based off of an RPG. I purposely left off Magna Carta 2 because this list is focused on ENglish releases. If we want to look at all the Asian releases for these games, then that would be an enormous amount of extras added to it. That would be a good separate list in-and-of-itself.
As for Annie, that is a bit of a nebulous situation. The Premium Figure Set is just the Japanese CE--like literally even the same box--with a US copy of the game plopped into it. I know NISA released it here, but it's still basically just the Japanese one. I could go ahead and add that, though, as that's a hard call to make.
