Yes, it's the wind waker scroll!
The Link statue is from Ebay, actually. ..and the shipping was a nightmare. Never wanna experience that again.
The hourglass was sent by Nintendo to select members of the media along with review copies of the game at that time. So it's as rare as / same type of promo item as the scroll; not available to the public.
