Not on the PlayStation they didn't! Tactics Ogre was recently re-released on the PSP, as was FF Tactics (War Of The Lions)
Parasite Eve was never released here, and if there's a PAL version of Brave Fencer Musashi then I would really like to see some evidence of this! Musashi: Samurai Legend for the PS2 was released (a sequel), but I have never seen or heard of the first game being released in the UK or Europe
