Default Re: Why Collect Sealed Games?

Zaku, love the videos by the way and props for the obscure metal shirts! Def a metalhead and gamer myself. I maybe overstated my collection, I have loads of CE's most of which are indeed open which reminds me i'm in dire need of posting a thread with pictures of my collection. As far as sealed goes i'm not really sure why the potential monetary value outweighs me opening it. I have a sealed Ni No Kuni white wizard edition, should I probably open it yes cause it comes with so many great things, but to me the value of keeping it sealed outweighs its value opened and admired. My ultimate loot chest i've got out on display cause its awesome. I guess why do people collect cars, and haul them on trailors from destination to destination out of fear of putting miles on them. Because the depreciation is a risk they simply are not willing to take. I open my steelies but in the case of a rare game thats well out of print that still manages to be sealed in my collection the risk of depreciation is what's keeping me from opening. Does it make sense maybe and maybe not but I appreciate the time to respond to me post and game on. I'm 31 and still collecting so no your 24 years isn't going to suddenly change either!
