Well I am sorry but you do sound rude.
Understand people don't have to help you, so show a little respect for the fact you are asking people to give up there time and effort to help.
We can't always get the help needed to get games shipped and we are all grateful when we can.
I am sorry to have a rant, but the way you have gone about asking for help is out of line
