I'm not sure what the answer to that is. But it's not like the FFX CE where they just said that it's "EXTREMELY LIMITED". Here they actually tell you how many are being produced. I don't know if that matters though...
Would be false advertising though.

I've cancelled something from them before so it an be done. Or you can always put a block on your card by calling the bank just before SE charges you lol.
