As for the Hungarian release, it will be available from
www.remnantgame.hu, which I believe only ships within Hungary. For some reason hardly any websites online actually mention this retailer
I am also attempting to compile a definitive list of retailers which are stocking Batman: Arkham City SteelBooks, so please PM me with any info you have about any other ones not mentioned - I heard a rumour that Greece may have an exclusive, and the US may have a few as well. I need more input!
