Maybe you've seen this, maybe not, but here's a great
video of the complete OoT3D preorder kit from Greece. Never seen a whole kit for sale though...even the individual pieces come up pretty rarely. Other than the game itself you get a green baseball cap, 3DS slipcase, plastic ocarina, can of Great Deku Tree seeds, and a rubber keychain.
