it says that "Ubisoft", it's logo and "Assassin's Creed" are trademarks of Ubisoft Entertainment in the US and other countries, no more. as far as i know this same writing is printed on every AC franchise related item, from any country.
you can read it in the bottom of the rear side of this german preorder pack, for example
