yep and I ordered one too ad it's back to their warehouse ( It never came to be delivered to my house ever), and now they want me to pay the return fee of the shipping.

The previous one was destroyed by the customs ( and I paid 29e of customs) and nobody refunded me anything ( they even ignored my mails ) and now this one stuck in their warehouse because of their own fault and I should pay for it?

I deffinitly have a beef with sanborns now.
