Delivery was late because the ports were clogged. The warehouse get a bunch turned around and shipped out on Friday, but they're fulfilled in the order they were placed, so if you only ordered a week ago, it makes sense that yours wouldn't be the first one shipped.
Monday is a holiday here, so this is all just very bad timing. The second day of shipping won't be until Tuesday. We've done everything we can to stress the importance of these going out fast, so I'm sure the warehouse will get to yours soon next week.
I'm very sorry for the delay, but there was nothing we could do. (This is another reason it's supposed to be a good idea the game isn't in the box.)
