Thanks for the vid, agreed not much difference between the USA

hawkeye if you want to embed videos:

1) go to the video in you tube
2) select share
3) copy everything after "http://youtu.be/"
4) Go to forum post and select insert youtube video button
5) paste and that's it.

So for your video it would be "4lFr7FgLEfs" you would copy and paste. No quote marks though.
