As far as I know Play-Asia haven't started pre-orders yet as they haven't had confirmed stock.
YesAsia don't have it at it all (couldn't find it) and CDJapan sold out again recently (they had it open the other day again briefly).
Like others, the price is why I haven't bitten just yet. Way too high.
