Yeah, I think you're probably right about that based on what I've been reading on the BB and other forums. Also, I think you may be safer with last gen pre-orders as well since I think you can technically still get 360 LEs (or you could well after all the others) at BB stores.
That's why I kept my Amazon pre-order just in case. Sad that we won't get the $30 off with the GCU, but $50 Gift Card is great too!
