Since Namco now uses Amazon payments/shipping instead of DigitalRiver, you all may be better off using them - ALSO, they've got a 15% off coupon going at the moment, so it is possible to order the CE for $110 with Prime shipping. (May also be available on the Europe site, but not sure?)
