I don't see anyone complaining that Sony paid off Disney for the Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes CE. Sure it's a different game and Disney did not promise anything to their customer base but nevertheless Sony paid them to make a superior CE...It's a common business and help them in being competitive.
