I didn't see it mentioned here and I apologize if it was already covered but I had ordered the Ghost Edition on Newegg and they gave me the dreaded cancellation email. Good news though, they said that they would still ship the regular game to me for free or I can contact them and let them turn my game into a $50 voucher at their store. Ouch - yeah, heard that from a few other people today too. At least you got a free game. Stinks if you weren't able to find a copy elsewhere though of the Ghost Edition.
