I actually have quite a few of the items you're after here, I was literally just about to post up a massive sales thread with everything but stumbled across your post while looking for the sales rules etc.
Is it just these items you're after? Cause I may have the odd bit here n there that you might not have.
Stuff listed here that I have are,
Uncharted 3d notebook
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Strategy Guide
Uncharted 2 bag (mine looks different to the one you pictured though)
Uncharted 3 Promo Journal (I have the SDCC one)
I also have the signed edition of Drakes Journal signed by Nolan North
Other items i have are bags, tshirts, figures, random collectables such as the ‘lego’ figures, the ESC figure, countless other random little bits that were promo items over the world etc etc
