Yeah, Amazon CS is some of the best on earth. They do those type of things alot, but you just have to make sure you don't file a lot of claims with them because they will "ban" your account if you do frequent returns. I've got a friend who purchases his CEs from the Amazon Warehouse store and would send them back if they were dented, damaged, or missing things (which happens frequently with them) and he eventually got "banned" because he had a disproportionate amount of returns vs. his purchasing ratio I guess. But they're still the best!
