Yeah, I was surprised to hear it too, but apparently there's some sort of ratio that they consider the "average" user to return items. He got an email or a letter or something (don't recall which he said) that showed him his return ratio compared to the "average" user and it was too high so they forbid him from shopping anymore. Guess it makes sense if a customer is costing you more money than "they're worth", but still seemed a bit harsh to me. It has totally kept me from purchasing "like new" items as opposed to "new" on Amazon though.
