Man you are so unlucky. I got mine at launch and use it quite a bit... and it is still i perfect working order wit no issues. Console and controller.
I love the new thumbsticks and they grip perfectly (well for me anyways, but all of them are slipper after eating something greasy
). No squeaking here... that is weird.
