I'm not sure how much worth difference is between handwritten ones and digital written ones but "Dark Souls debug" is hand written but still I think it's worth more than most others. Also I think same for Killzone 3 and Resistance: Fall of Man discs too. So easily the name of the title makes the bigger price difference.
A friend said Alan Wake debug worth quite a lot because could be very rare also it's digital written cover if that makes difference.

Big difference. At least for most collectors of these type things. It severely downgrades value, and more hardcore debug disc collectors will not buy them because they can be faked very easily (obviously).
I do not know the value though. Handwritten of even a popular game may go for sub $50. But on eBay you never know. Also this is just my opinion based on my observations on these things as I did some research when I had doubts about the Darksiders 2 E3 one a long while back.
