The site seems like it was shutdown for me. Was trying to help someone with an order but they locked me out of the cart and the payment process -- now can't see the order/cart at all.
I'm thinking it had something to do with taxes not pulling correctly because they weren't showing at all. I've seen other sites have problems with that too (NamcoBandai/SquareEnix come to mind) and shut down until they got it squared away. Maybe we can get an official word from THRyan?
