Yeah, but I don't collect every region for every release (even for Zelda things) - I try to collect just one version of each game and preferably a version that I can actually play with the exception of really rare editions that I like. The way its been looking though, I may be better off purchasing a EU 3DS or something just so I can play all the CEs that have been released that I've had to purchase over there
Well, maybe NOA will shock us all and release a "NEW" 3DS Majora's Mask bundle/special edition console -- they'd be fools not to!
