They did announce that Shulk would be a GS exclusive. It's doubtful they'd make a NYC exclusive amiibo - the production cost would be too high for one small run like that.

Meta Knight is confirmed to be a Best Buy Exclusive and Lucario will be Toys R Us exclusive...
