I agree - I felt bad that last night I actually had to leave my first "sorry you did not help me solve my issue" feedback for a rep ever -- unfortunately they did not solve the primary issue which I think could have been done on their end one way or another -- I got the "give us another chance" option, but it was near midnight and I didn't want to be online for another hour or so working it out.

Still, they're pretty amazing and almost second to none!
Glad to hear some people on here are getting a bit of a refund!
