This looks to be the case. Knight, give your Best Buy a call to make sure they did in fact receive a copy for you and that they have it safely reserved for you (they'll hold it 7 days). Otherwise, Amazon still has some (order limit of 2)...for the moment.

Lesson learned: If preordering limited editions from Best Buy, do so online, not in-store. The downside of preordering online is you have to pay in full up front. But the downside of predordering in-store is they don't actually honor your preorder if they don't receive enough copies. Thanks to an awesome manager I just barely got my two in-store preorders fulfilled.

Although it doesn't say "limited edition" or "collector's edition" anywhere on it, I have a strong feeling that there will not be more than one run of these bundles here in the US. It's totally sold out at all GameStops and Best Buys everywhere around me. Everyone I talked to today said they don't expect to get any more.
