No worries, was able to pick it up without any issue tonight - the manager who I've worked with before had them all reserved with names on them behind the c/s counter and was lamenting the "fiasco" that was caused by other BB's who "didn't do a 'darn' thing right with their pre-orders".
because of this i forgave the fact that it took him and the associate 3 tries and 35 minutes to ring me out with a fairly simple transaction. Happy to have walked away with this for ~$60 out of pocket though
