Yeah, I'm not sure if the kit items have just been separated from their kits over the years, but I rarely see one that includes all the items I have. I actually bought two so I could consolidate them to make the one I had.

I'd be happy to scan the page for you, StayFree. Can't guarantee the best quality as my printer is about 4 years old and I got it for $40 on Black Friday. :p
