Actually want more of them for ones that break and get scratched... lol. I asked the person who I got that from for more as those did not come with a jewel case so I assume they have extras.

I received two - one for me and one for a member here - opened both as they were not sealed and I'd heard the horror stories and it was a right unholy mess....
All the items in the top half of the box were lying in a heap - literally a pile - on top of the stuff in the bottom tray... Worse still... The eagles wing was chipped in the one edition and completely broken off its base in mine 
I repacked the one for the us member here and gently put a cushion of bubbie wrap between the two trays to hold everything in place before shipping...
Mines gone back to Gamestop for a replacement though they were at pains to point out they couldn't even begin to guarantee it wouldn't be worse....

I watched a couple unboxings and it seems this is very common sadly. The vids I saw had no damage though so they got lucky. Sorry to hears yours got messed up.
Are you sure they have a new on to give you? Hope so

Darn sorry to hear yours as the same way. A lot of them seem to have this issue... just not internally designed well to keep things in place.
