Gotta give 'em props though - their customer service line is open 24hrs/day. Not sure how much help they'll be (on the phone with them now), but here's to hoping
Also, they got some relaxing musack on their hold lines, not too shabby since they don't interrupt it every 10 seconds with a "we appreciate your patience" - I hate it when they do that...
Scratch that... their C/S is horrible. Put me back on hold please... I can't stand your repeating the same text-book line over and over again and blaming it on Ubisoft! (I SPECIFICALLY asked the Ubisoft rep before he made me call DR if DR was going to tell me they couldn't help me and send me back to Ubisoft and he said "no they shouldn't do that"... maybe somebody should tell DR that!)
