I should have been a bit more clear, I meant that the Zavvi 'Ultimate Edition' from the West really only means PAL region

And although the NA LE is a little cheaper than the Zavvi Ultimate Edition, the NA LE not only omits a download voucher for the original PS MGS game but the Zavvi UE also includes MGS4 in it.
I'd say that'd be the most 'completed' version as you can get. The only thing missing is the
'VR Missions' disc released after MGS. [which I can't get to work on my PS3
