Ok let me tell you the trick I did.
If you managed to go from paypal to the submit order page. DO NOT PRESS BACK.
Press the submit button, if error just press F5. Most likely it will continue to error but if it managed to load, it will load the submit order page again.
Keep repeating the step and your order will go through.
