Nice that you found some time to have a look at my humble collection.
The Catherine Famitsu DX pack was the Japanese Collector's Edition I imported it from eurotaku. It's nice but it wasn't released with a box or something similiar. Just the game, a small pillow artbook & Soundtrack + Telephone card in a plastic/poly bag with a glued opening. (lol I hope you understand what kind of bag I'm talking about
) The poster is double sided with different artwork and made of some special material (no paper)
Solemn is right, the small AC book was part of the amazing press kit. It's some kind of story/concept/artbook. Unfortunately I just got my hands on the book and not on the whole press kit ^^
