Hmm, I think my Tales of Xillia Kyuun Chara Pack, though most Japanese CE are crazy expensive. That one was roughly $250 (without shipping, and I picked EMS) if I recall correctly. Was very, very worth it, though. I really love that game and the figures are simply precious.

Edit* Ah found it back, so yes, seems to be the most expensive with $290 total with shipping.
