I didn't seen any physical Dying Light European promos, so I don't know if they have sleeves (but based on WB's previous PS4 games - I assume they don't).
Regarding the new Dragon Ball - yes, I should get promos any day (or minute) now, but I don't know how many I'll receive, and some are already held.
