I guess this was already previously mentioned in this thread, but each retailer should get the Limited Edition for pre-orders, and the Limited Edition includes the steelbook, so each LE comes with a steelbook inside.

Now here’s the bit that I think most people will be most excited to see, although I know you can see it in the image above - we are offering a special Limited Edition of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster on PS4 to anyone who pre-orders the game! The Limited Edition is exclusive to PAL territories and all you have to do is pre-order the game (from any retailer) and you’ll get all the goodies at no extra cost!

So what goodies are included you ask? Well, this Limited Edition will contain the game and a unique steelbook featuring artwork from legendary artist Yoshitaka Amano, who I’m sure you’re aware has designed many logos in the Final Fantasy series, which (of course you guys know) spans over 25 years and over 20 games.
