They have sites where you can start online petitions, and if you get it out there they can (and do) make a difference at times, but not sure if there's enough demand for what you're saying (or if Nintendo would do anything about it). I'm totally with you on the inclusion of a "manual" though -- probably my #1 complaint (and that's saying a lot) about modern games. Even Nintendo has cheaped out on this -- most of the 3DS games now just have a quick folded pamphlet as opposed to a nice manual with artwork and such (which I LOVE looking through in my older games). Its a shame really.
