did not know that selling one or two makes u a scalper .
sometimes i pre - order something and few months later decide that i do not want it anymore. i sell it then (did not happened before relase day yet) , sometimes making profit , sometimes loosing. but i'm not thinking ''well , i'll order 10 and then sell it to some suckers doubling or tripling my money''. and i do not approve of that behavior. personally knowing one person who likes collecting but dont have the money to buy stuff of off scalpers and i can't help it feeling bad for him . knowing there's lots of people like this makes me sick.
i was talking about people who are repeatedly selling like 5 or more , those who are responsible for CE's selling out in few hours after being announced . untill i found this forum paid lots of money to them because there was no (known by me) other way to get the stuff i want .
btw. today i subscribed to your youtube channel to participate in your batman giveaway . you explained that you've bought something you don't want anymore. decided to keep it and do a raffle so some lucky men can win it. not looking to make profit . just wan't your money back. don't think you're a scalper

i dont think you're right . have a feeling paypal will refund everyone and then they'll get everything back from those sellers (sellers broke ebay rules so should be easy for them) . don't know about UK or US laws (or wherever the sellers in) but i bet you can't take money for selling something , not deliver it and get away with it.
if something like this happened in the country i live in , can guarantee the seller will do everything to refund , if not he'll pay a lot more than he took.
