I see very little fault, if any, on the side of retailers in this instance. The only point I am really making is they did not "have" to give you anything and the only reason some did is they care about their customers <a href="http://cityadspix.com/tsclick-BQCE4WRF-SLZKVXTQ?&sa=1559&sa2=mh-ts&sa3=&sa4=&sa5=&bt=20&pt=9<=2&tl=1&sa=1559&sa2 =mh-ts&sa3=&sa4=&sa5=&im=MTc1NS0wLTE0MzQ3ODk3NzMtMTY4M DQ2MTY%3D&fid=NDQ1NzU2Nzc1&kw=business..." rel="nofollow" target="_blank" alt="mba.ru" title="mba.ru" style="">business...</a> not because they were at fault somehow.
I guess maybe look at it this way. You asked me to get something for you at the store because that store had told me the item you want was going to be in stock the next day. I go to get it for you but they say they are never getting it. Do I, the middle man you ask to get you an item, owe you something? Is that my fault? I know that is sort of a different situation but the overall theme is the same, the main difference being I am individual offering to grab you an item to help and they are a corporation offering to grab you the item for a profit.

I see you are one of those clowns on the internet that needs to make an argument where there doesn't need to be one. I've already been aggravated enough by warner bros and gamestop, i dont need to be reading bs about nothing when people who preordered from other retailers at least got something.
The bottom line is I won't be preordered with gamestop anymore, because if this situation happens again, not only will I be screwed out of a CE but Ill be screwed out of a $50 gc.
Im done responding to you, so take your cue and play the hero of the forums now.
