Poor that some retailers did more than others but they didn't create this problem WB did so direct your angst at the cause and choose your retailers in future based on your preference and experience. Some are def way better at customer service than others and, in the end, they will thrive over the poor ones. You ought to try dealing with Zavvi in the UK...
