Just use an Excel spreadsheet I created
I put way more info into it than what is realistically required, but I like it having tonnes of crap on it
There is a databasing software out there for collectors, which allows you to scan barcodes (or something like that) which would be so much simpler, however since the guy that runs it tried to sue me for unknowingly infringing his copyright of the term "collectorz" (rather than just contacting me to let me know so I could change it, I found out by having a letter FedEx'd from his lawyer) - so yeah, I won't be buying the software lol
and that is also why my site is called "Collecting Asylum" - it used to be "Collectorz Asylum" till all those shenanigans happened
