Yeah it sounds like Bethesda is finally, and official, finished with allocating them to retailers and that no more will be made, so what will be out there will be out there. I suspect some of those who already ordered extras have been selling them now on eBay so there may (keyword "may") not be that many on the secondary market when they release in early November or around the Christmas holiday.
