It comes with 5 parts, the base, two travelers, and two scarves.
The white "guy" was inserted into the red one, and the scarves need to be inserted into each guy as well. To be honest the are a little loosen especially the scarves. Feels like they can fall out anytime (but they didn't).
It's a beautiful statue indeed
