I got really lucky. I paid $155 CDN ($105 Euro) for everything minus the promo book and the t-shirt. I had to buy those off ebay. So around $140 Euro for everything, and this included the limited edition deck of cards and the letter from R* to Gamestop about the kit and game, which I don't think I've seen in many collections
