Eh, sorry but actually us over here didn't pay $40.
I personally don't have a complaint about the edition (other that
possibly being a little light on physical content) but for the sake of clarity, Gaz is from the UK too where in total it was £100, so we paid £60 for that additional content (since the plain game is around £40), that works out at ~$91.46.
