Yeah they did that to me too, posted about it earlier (took them 22 days to respond initially, that is more then embarrassing). I think Jon said it happened to him too. Think Geek CS is just awful. What is pretty bad is Ryan did not make a single reply about the issues that were talked about here. Would be nice to know someone still cares as I feel I cannot recommend their stores right now. Maybe Ryan has no knowledge of the new CS system... but still it would be nice to be told they know the issue and are trying to fix it or something.

Yeah they changed it I think as I am pretty sure it was not there initially.
